Overview:
1. The resistive load adopts a resistance tube with low temperature coefficient and low impedance. The resistance tube adopts stainless steel tube and stainless steel heat sink, and the resistance wire and steel tube are filled with magnesium oxide, which plays the role of insulation and heat conduction in the stainless steel. In addition, both ends of the steel pipe are sealed to prevent moisture from entering and corroding the quality of electric heating components, so the quality of the product can be maintained for a long time.
2. The load cabinetis made of plastic-sprayed stainless steel, which has the function of anti-rain and anti-corrosion. It occupies a small area and is easy to move, and has anti-collision ability.
3. The load heat sink adopts two ways of horizontal entry and exit and bottom entry and top exit.
4. Computer control software can control the load through the computer and complete the special test parameters of the generator set. And can generate various curve test reports at the same time, support printing and print preview.
5. With temperature protection function, the load can work normally only when the cooling device is operating normally. If the fan of the cooling device is abnormal, the protection device will immediately issue a command to cut off the load to prevent damage to the electric heating tube due to insufficient cooling.
6. Several load devices with the same test voltage level can be connected in parallel to increase the capacity to achieve the total capacity required for the test.
